Saturation Versus Targeted Direct Mail

A saturation mailing is when everyone with a mailbox in a geographic area receives your mailing. A targeted mailing is only received by a very select group that match a certain profile. Cooperative direct mail programs with Companies such as Valpak, Advo, Clipper Magazine, Money Mailer, etc can be very cost effective, but they are mostly saturation mailings.
